The ultra wide tread provides maximum stability. The ergonomic hand grips are angled to help activate your arms and core muscles.

Start out slowly and progress sensibly

Even if you are an experienced exerciser, start with the easier modifications of the exercises and become familiar with all of the exercises before moving on to more advanced modifications.

3 Rules of Carve-ing

Aim for quality over quantity

Proper form is critical for the best results. To achieve this, keep your eyes focused 1 foot in front of the Ab Carver Pro and keep your elbows in. This will help you maintain good form and prevent injury. Additionally, keep your core tight by pulling your navel towards your spine and keep your knees hip-width apart with your toes resting on the floor. This will help you engage your core and prevent unnecessary strain on your lower back. Finally, try both hand positions and use the one that feels most comfortable to you. By following these tips, you can ensure that you are using the Harbinger Ab Carver Pro effectively and safely.

Learn and stick to your Limits

Carving is an intense exercise, especially if it is your first time trying it. To ensure your safety, it’s recommended that you use a wall as a backstop to learn your limits. Start about 12 inches away from a wall and slowly roll towards the wall. The wall will act as a safety barrier should you not be able to control the movement in the beginning. It’s normal to feel sore after your first carving workout because this is a tough exercise that requires a lot of core strength. Building up your core strength takes time and consistency, so don’t be discouraged if you don’t see immediate results. With proper form and practice, you can build up your core strength and enjoy the benefits of carve-ing, such as improved balance, coordination, and core stability.

Take it Slow

To get the best results in carving, it’s not about speed but rather slow and controlled muscle contractions, so it’s important to pace yourself and try moving slowly for 5 seconds out and 5 seconds back, as this allows you to focus on keeping proper form and achieving your desired results.
